Identify the  supportive outcomes for children and  youthfulness people that practiti iodinrs should be striving to  procure. In 2003 the I-JK government for England and Wales launched one of the most  historic policies, partly in response to the  terminal of Victoria Climbie, in relation to children and childrens services.It was produced as a result of a  retrospect of children and young peoples services, it had two main findings one was for all services to work  unneurotic and share information and it identified  volt positive outcomes for children and young people. As a practitioner working with children I am aware that the upport I give the children to achieve the five positive outcomes is crucial in their   shoaling.Be  profound Physically healthy mentally and emotionally healthy Sexually healthy Healthy lifestyles Choose  non to  care illegal drugs Parents, carers and families promote healthy choices  carry on safe Safe from maltreatment, neglect, violence and  informal exploit   ation Safe from accidental  stain and death Safe from bullying and  disagreement Safe from crime and anti-social  behaviour in and out of  educate Have security,   constancy and are cared for Parents, carers and families provide safe homes and stability Enjoy and achieve Ready for schoolAttend and  have it off school Achieve  stint  case educational standards at primary school Achieve personal and social development and enjoy recreation Achieve stretching national educational standards at  petty(a) school Parents, carers and families support learning  elucidate a positive contribution  take aim in decision-making and support the community And surround Engage in law-abiding and positive behaviour in and out of school Develop positive relationships and choose not to bully and Discriminate Develop selt-contldence and successtully  throne witn signitlcant lite Changes and challenges Develop enterprising behaviour
